YUSEI (00096.HK) changes its chairman.

YUSEI (00096.HK) announced that Executive Director Xu Yong will be appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors starting tomorrow (January 1 of next year), replacing the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Masuya Katsunari. Masuya Katsunari will resign from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors due to advanced age, but will continue to serve as a non-executive director.
