Cinda International Holdings Limited (“Cinda International”, HKEx stock code: 111) is a financial services institution controlled by China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“China Cinda”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary China Cinda (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. “China Cinda Asset Management Company”, the predecessor of China Cinda, was founded on April 20, 1999. It was the first financial asset management company established with the approval of the State Council to effectively mitigate financial risks, maintain the stability of the financial system, and promote the reform and development of state-owned banks and enterprises.
