Carina Group is a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (listing number: 126), previously known as Dacheng Group. Jianingna Group is mainly engaged in catering, food manufacturing and retail, hotel, real estate development and investment, and trade logistics business. The Group's business was founded in 1967 by Mr. Ma Kai-cheung, the honorary chairman of the board of directors, and the group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the name Dacheng Group in 1991. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the Group's business is currently concentrated in mainland China and Hong Kong. Since the group's business is operated under the “Jianina” brand, the listed company officially changed its name to Carinina Group in July 2013. Since the 80s in Hong Kong, China, “Carina” has been the main representative brand of Chaozhou cuisine and fine dining restaurants. “Carina” Chaozhou Cuisine has now opened branches in major cities in China, and has been praised and supported by customers in mainland China and Hong Kong for its high-quality production and service.
