The company completed the restructuring on October 14, 2010, and Shengmei Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Properties (Hong Kong) Limited, became the controlling shareholder of the Company. Since its establishment, the Group's main business has been engaged in trading, property development and securities investment. After the Group is restructured, the trading business will be divested of the Group, while the Group will remain mainly engaged in property investment, securities investment and fund management business.
