The company's predecessor was the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Pipeline Preparation Office, approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Government in December 1991. In November 2005, the company changed its name through a shareholding system reform. On August 13, 2008, the company's shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company is mainly responsible for the planning, construction, operation and management of long-term natural gas pipelines in Shaanxi Province. The company's main products or services: natural gas sales, pipeline transportation and gas engineering installation.
