JIANGXI COPPER (00358.HK) announced that on December 12, the controlling shareholder Jiangtong Group increased its Shareholding by 714,000 H shares. To date, Jiangtong Group holds a total of 43.74% of the company's total share capital, including 1.205 billion A shares and 0.309 billion H shares.
