Qiao Xiong International Holdings Limited was established in 1991 and successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2001, stock code 00381. Qiao Xiong International started by manufacturing and selling gifts, toys, flags, and gardening products, with customers all over the world, including well-known international brands such as Disney and Warner Bros. While operating the industry, we have been actively exploring investment opportunities in different fields to broaden the Group's business portfolio and strengthen our revenue base and comprehensive strength. Qiaoxiong International is in a critical period of transformation towards diversified development. In 2014, we successfully acquired 28% of the shares of Zhongle Development Co., Ltd. Zhongle Development owns 1,765.53 acres of woodland in Jiangxi Province, China for fruit growing business. In March 2015, the Group purchased a batch of contemporary ceramic works from famous artists in Jingdezhen and began entering the field of culture and art. In April 2015, the Group completed the acquisition of 20% of Yingyang Co., Ltd.'s shares and will soon provide overseas travel services between China and Samoa. We have also entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire the alcohol business. Driven by diversified development strategies, we will continue to integrate existing resources while developing profitable investment opportunities. In the future, we will form a business model focusing on the five major sectors of leisure art, financial services, fruit growing, manufacturing and sales, and natural resources, and become a comprehensive investment enterprise with a thriving diversified business.
