Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited (stock code: 538) (“Ajisen (China)” or the “Company”, collectively referred to as the “Group” with its subsidiaries) is one of the leading fast casual restaurant (“quick casual restaurants”) chain operators in the People's Republic of China (“China”) and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (“Hong Kong”).
