C FIN SERVICES (00605) announced that on December 12, 2024, Shenzhen Lingda Microloans (as the lender) entered into a new loan agreement with Client I (Shenzhen Fujifilm Holdings Corporation Unsponsored ADR) (as the borrower). Under this agreement, Shenzhen Lingda Microloans agrees to provide a new loan of 20 million yuan to the borrower to repay the outstanding principal of previous loans, with a term of one year and an annual interest rate of 20.4%. Prior to the new loan agreement, Shenzhen Lingda Microloans (as the lender) and Client I (as the borrower) had entered into previous loan agreements providing two secured loans.
