Thai Steel Alloys “Taigang Alloy Co., Ltd.” and “Taigang Alloy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” were established in 1995 and specialize in the production of stainless steel metal castings and precision machined parts. MONFORTS TEXTILMASCHINEN GMBH & CO. “KG” (“German Gate Fuji”) established “Risshinmon Fuji Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.” as a joint venture, and through its subsidiary “Risshinmon Fuji Textile Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.”, the assembly, production and sales business of stretch and shape machines, continuous dyeing machines, pre-shrinking machines, dyeing shaft winders, and dryers in the Chinese market. Shahrira In 2002, China Hengtian Lixin International Group established “XORELLA Hong Kong Co., Ltd.” to acquire “Swiss XORELLA AG” (XORELLA AG), which specializes in the design and production of humidification and steam equipment needed for yarn/fabric. Turne In 2004, China's Hengtian Lixin International Group acquired the patented technology and assets of the well-known German dyeing equipment manufacturer “THEN MASCHINEN- UND APPARATEBAU GMBH” and established “THEN MASCHINEN GMBH” (THEN MASCHINEN GMBH) to continue the development, production and sale of airflow dyeing machines. The “Turne Airflow Dyeing” technology patent is a dyeing operating system invented based on aerodynamic principles and has economic and ecological benefits, and continues to provide various advanced and environmentally friendly airflow dyeing equipment for the textile industry. “THEN MASCHINEN GMBH” (THEN MASCHINEN GMBH) changed its name to “FONG'S EUROPE GMBH” in June 2010. Gaulle In 2006, China's Hengtian Lixin International Group also successfully acquired all fixed assets, inventory and all intellectual property rights of “GTM Goller Textilmaschinen GmbH”, another well-known textile equipment manufacturer with over 100 years of history, and injected them into the newly established “Goller Textilmaschinen GmbH”. Following the acquisition and restructuring, Cloré continued to develop and produce continuous washing, bleaching, cooking and dyeing equipment for woven and knitted fabrics. “FONG'S EUROPE GMBH” merged into all assets of “Goller Textilmaschinen GmbH” (Goller Textilmaschinen GmbH) in July 2010.
