Doyen intl hold (00668.HK) joint venture company subsidiary granted a total of 50.9 million RMB in financing.

Doyen Intl Hold (00668.HK) announced that its joint venture company, Dongkui Financial Leasing (Shanghai), a non-direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongrui, entered into three factoring agreements with Wuhan Hezong from September to October this year. According to the announcement, Dongrui agreed to provide financing within a one-year period from the date of signing "Factoring Agreement 1", with a factored principal amount of 4 million RMB; agreed to provide financing within a one-year period from the date of signing "Factoring Agreement 2", with a factored principal amount of 18.9 million RMB; and agreed to provide financing within a one-year period from the date of signing "Factoring Agreement 3", with a factored principal amount in RMB.
