On November 19, 2024, Skyworth Group (00751.HK) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Skyworth IT Services & Consulting (as a limited partner, for the company's indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary) and Shenzhen Chuangxin Nanhua (as a general partner) have entered into a limited partnership agreement with other limited partners to establish a fund. Under the limited partnership agreement, Skyworth IT Services & Consulting and Shenzhen Chuangxin Nanhua have agreed to jointly subscribe for a total of 0.35 billion yuan, accounting for 35% of the current fund's capital commitment.
