Macau Gaming Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are the leading owners, operators and developers of casinos and integrated entertainment resorts in the Macau Special Administrative Region (“Macau”). The Company's main subsidiary, Australian Entertainment Comprehensive Resort Co., Ltd. (“Australian Entertainment General”), is one of the six companies in Macau that have been granted a gaming management license, and is authorized by the Macau Government to operate casinos and gaming areas. Macau Entertainment Comprehensive is also the only entertainment and gaming underwriting company with roots in Macau. Macau Entertainment Group owns and operates the Lisboa Integrated Resort, Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino, and other casinos located in important locations in Macau.
