Gelonghui, August 21st, Datronix Holdings (00889.HK) announced that due to his retirement plan, Paul Siu resigned as chairman of the board, CEO, executive director, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from August 21, 2024. After Paul Siu's resignation, he will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company. After Paul Siu's retirement and resignation, Vice Chairman and Executive Director, Siu Yuzhong, was appointed as the chairman of the board and CEO, effective from August 21, 2024.
