On November 15, Guronghui reported that Aeon Stores (00984.HK) announced the signing of a lease agreement on November 15, 2024, with a fixed term of three years from November 16, 2024, to November 15, 2027, as the lessee. The company has been leasing the property since September 16, 2016, and operating its retail business there. "The premises" refer to Unit B9, G/F, Ka Ho Building, 27-31 Kong Lok Road and 25-31 Kong King Street, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, including the staircase, platform, and escalator leading to the first floor, as well as the entire first floor unit.
