Weicheng International Group Co., Ltd. The company is a subsidiary of V.S. Industry Berhad. V.S. Industry Berhad is a limited company incorporated in Malaysia, and its shares are listed on the main board of the Malaysian Stock Exchange. The Group's main production facility is located in Zhuhai, China. Additionally, there is an associated company in Hanoi, Vietnam, which is mainly engaged in manufacturing plastic molded products for international brand contracts for consumer electronics products. The Group is a leading integrated electronics manufacturing service (“EMS”) provider, and together with its holding company V.S. Industry Berhad, has become one of the top 50 integrated electronics manufacturing service providers in the world.
