LUMINA GROUP (01162.HK) has appointed Chen Siya as the company secretary and authorized representative of the group.

On December 13, Glonghui reported that LUMINA GROUP (01162.HK) announced that, starting from December 13, 2024, Hu Jia'er will resign as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for personal reasons and will no longer serve as the Company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules ("Authorized Representative"). It was also announced that, effective December 13, 2024, Chen Siya has been appointed as the Group's Company Secretary and Authorized Representative.
