Christine International Holdings Limited (“Christine” or the “Company”) is a leading bakery products chain operator in China. We have been manufacturing and selling bakery products since 1993, and are one of the first foreign-invested bakery companies to enter the Chinese market. According to Euromonitor, as of December 31, 2010, we owned and operated one of the largest retail chains selling bakery products in China (in terms of revenue and number of retail stores). We mainly operate in prime locations and major cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. As of June 30, 2012, there were 972 retail stores, forming a multi-channel retail network, attracting different customer segments through good neighbor stores, subway stores, flagship stores, and European-style freshly baked goods. We sell more than 2,200 kinds of bread, cakes, mooncakes, dry cakes and several other products, and launch a variety of new products every month to meet different needs. We have five central baking factories, centrally procure materials, and focus on product safety, nutrition and quality stability. In addition to launching new varieties of bakery products, we are also focusing on research and development, so that we can launch new formulations such as GABA to help customers “bring a healthy life home”. It has also made our reputation and brand value widely recognized by consumers, and has received many awards such as “Shanghai Famous Trademark” over the years.
