Grainews, November 15th - Bawang Group (01338.HK) announced that, according to the preliminary review of the management on the operating performance up to the first ten months of 2024, compared with the same period in 2023, the management expects a significant decrease in the group's net income for the first ten months of 2024. During the first ten months of 2024, the group's revenue slightly increased compared to the same period in 2023, and maintained a relatively stable gross margin. This can be attributed to the group's efforts starting from 2024 to use renewable cecep solar energy for our production plants to save production costs and reduce depreciation. However, even so, the group expects a decrease in net income for the first ten months of 2024.

Bawang (01338.HK) awarded the Guangzhou Huashan Phase II project EPC service contract, involving 9.7 million RMB.
Bawang International (01338.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bawang Guangzhou, as the principal, signed an EPC contract with Zhensen Electric on September 6, 2024. Zhensen Electric will provide EPC services for the second phase of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, with a contract price of 9.7 million RMB, utilizing the roofs of multiple buildings to install a distributed photovoltaic power generation system. The planned installed capacity of Phase One in Huashan is approximately 1.82 megawatts, and the planned installed capacity of Phase Two is approximately 3.42 megawatts. The second phase is expected to commence construction in September 2024, and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025 or earlier.

On May 10, 2024, BaWang Group (01338.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary BaWang Guangzhou (as the principal) signed an EPC contract with ZhenSen Electric Power Co., Ltd. (as the trustee) for the EPC service of HuaShan Phase I project with a contract price of RMB 5,210,000 (including tax). Subsequently, on September 6, 2024, BaWang Guangzhou (as the principal) signed an EPC contract with ZhenSen Electric Power Co., Ltd. (as the trustee) for the EPC service of HuaShan Phase II project.
