The Group is an integrated urban public service provider in China, mainly engaged in providing property management services, commercial building leasing services and integrated urban sanitation services for high-end non-residential properties in China. The Group provides a variety of property management services and value-added services for different types of properties. The properties under the Group's management can generally be divided into four categories according to their nature and use, namely (i) public properties (including public venues such as cultural venues, stadiums and exhibition halls, and public transportation properties such as railway stations and airports); (ii) commercial complexes (including shopping malls, hotels, commercial and entertainment complexes) and office buildings; (iii) residential properties; and (iv) other properties (including schools, plots, industrial areas and buildings in construction). Integrated urban sanitation services include road cleaning, garbage sorting, collection and removal, and maintenance of public sanitation facilities such as public toilets and trash bins.
