We are a one-stop printing solution and service provider located in Australia. Our printing process and services cover printing solution consulting, production planning and arrangement, pre-press, offset printing, digital printing, post-press, quality inspection, packaging and delivery. Our printed products include (i) easy-to-read books; (ii) government prints; (iii) educational books with short delivery times; and (iv) catalogues, operation manuals, and leaflets. We also provide printing-related services through our proprietary IPALM platform, such as warehousing and direct mail, hotline center services and supporting services. In order to provide better customer service through the best use of technology, the company focuses on continuously developing its IPALM products so that we can provide customers with a wide range of electronic services to enhance the customer (or their end user customer) experience, supply chain management, and/or business. The IPALM system is our in-house developed proprietary technology to provide customers with supply chain and process automation services, enabling them to manage production processes and their supply chains more effectively. OPUS was founded in 1983. However, our history can be traced back to the establishment of Union Offset in 1967 (acquired by OPUS in 2009). Since then, the Group has continued to grow through the acquisition (and sale) of various printing-related businesses located in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Following the listing of OPUS on the ASX in 2012, the Group has carried out a series of restructuring and currently focuses on providing one-stop printing solutions and services at three production facilities, namely CanPrint facilities, Ligare facilities and MPG facilities. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, we are (i) the largest government branch printing service provider in the Australian commercial printing industry as a whole (the fifth largest in the Australian printing industry as a whole); and (ii) the largest printing service provider for the Australian book printing industry in terms of revenue in 2017.
