Taizhou Water Group to Issue RMB400 Million Bonds
TAIZHOU WATER (01542.HK) recommends issuing perpetual corporate Bonds in China.
On December 27, Gelonghui reported that TAIZHOU WATER (01542.HK) announced that in order to enhance the financial strength of the company, optimize its capital structure, and reduce financial costs, on December 27, 2024, the Board of Directors has resolved to present the shareholders for review and approval (1) the proposal to issue perpetual CSI Enterprise bonds in China, and (2) the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors or executive directors to handle matters related to the issuance of perpetual CSI Enterprise bonds in China. The issuance scale of the perpetual CSI Enterprise bonds shall not exceed 400 million yuan (including 400 million yuan), issued in one lump sum or in installments.

Taizhou Water (01542.HK) recorded revenue exceeding 0.3 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year growth of 7.1%.
On August 30, Guolonghui announced the interim performance of Taizhou Water (01542.HK). For the six months ended June 30, 2024, the revenue was about 0.3003 billion yuan, an increase of about 7.1% over the same period last year. The loss for the period was about 46.9 million yuan (for the six months ended June 30, 2023: a loss of about 62.6 million yuan). The loss attributable to the owners of the parent company was about 36.3 million yuan (for the six months ended June 30, 2023: a loss attributable to the owners of the parent company was about 50.4 million yuan). The basic loss per share was about 0.18 yuan.
