Vpower Group (01608.HK) announced that it entered into equipment purchase agreements and equipment leasing framework agreements with CTEC Capital and controlling shareholder CTEC Corporation yesterday (4th). It is reported that Vpower Group has agreed to sell multiple batches of equipment to CTEC Corporation for a total of approximately 1.613 billion RMB and then lease them back. This includes 161 mobile generators currently in operation, as well as related equipment and accessories, and 182 mobile generators and related equipment and accessories that are currently not in operation. In addition, Vpower Group has also entered into an engineering, procurement, and construction services framework agreement with CTEC Corporation, as well as an equipment and technical services supply framework agreement.
