We are Canada's long-standing and wide-ranging travel company, founded in 1976 and have been in business for over 40 years. Our main business includes (i) ticket distribution, where we distribute air tickets to travel companies and travelers and issue tickets directly on behalf of airlines; (ii) travel business process management that provides mid- and back-end support services to travel companies; and (iii) sales of tours and other travel products and services designed and developed by us to travel companies and travelers. We are the leading agent in the Canadian air ticket distribution market. According to the Insight Report, in terms of sales volume in 2016, we ranked in the top three in the Canadian air ticket distribution market, with a market share of about 29.6%. We are one of the travel agents accredited by the Canadian International Air Transport Association and one of the ARC approved travel agents in the United States, making us eligible to obtain ticketing rights to issue tickets for all flights (origin and destination) provided on behalf of IATA member airlines and ARC member airlines and obtain personal ticket transactions directly from them. As of the last practical date, we have ticketing rights for over 170 airlines and obtained private fare deals with over 70 airlines, including major airlines based in Canada, the US, and China. Our sales performance has remained strong throughout our track record period. We sold approximately 436,000, 606,000, 861,000 and 540,000 air tickets in 2014, 2015 and the six months ended 31 June 2017, respectively, representing gross sales of approximately HK$2790.7 million, HK$3095.1 million, HK$3755 million and HK$2054.1 million respectively. We are one of the top travel companies providing travel business process management in Canada. According to the Insights Report, in terms of service revenue in 2016, we ranked in the top three in the Canadian travel business process management market, with a market share of about 14.2%. We launched in 2007 to provide travel business process management and have gradually expanded to provide a range of business process management services, including ticket transaction processing, customer communication, BSP/ARC settlement and reconciliation, software development, travel license and compliance matters, and other administrative matters. We believe that travel business process management vendors (such as us) play a key role in providing travel companies with options to run non-core business processes in a cost-effective manner and allowing travel companies to focus on their core competencies. As of the last practical date, we have provided travel business process management to 13 travel companies, including several world-renowned brands. We also provide tours and other travel products and services to tour companies and travelers. Tours can be reclassified as group tours and long-distance bus tours, which generally include pre-arranged flights or coach trips, hotel accommodations, and local transportation, sightseeing and other activities. Other travel products and services mainly include other travel products and services such as customized tours, flight and hotel packages, hotel accommodations, admission tickets to tourist attractions, car rental, travel insurance, and visa applications. In 40 years of operation, we have developed a series of tours to over 200 cities in over 40 countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America. We believe that the diverse products and services we provide allow us to make more effective use of internal resources and meet the various needs of Canadian travel and tourism participants.
