Huaxi Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in April 2013. The Group's two main subsidiaries, located in Shantou, Guangdong and Shanghai, are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarette related packaging materials and biotechnology research and development, respectively. Huaxi Group began the cigarette related packaging materials business in 1992 and established its first company - Shantou Xinda Color Printing and Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. The business has continued to develop over the past 20 years. The first sales contract was signed with Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. in 2000, and it is still one of the group's main customers. In 2008, the group obtained the first sales contract from Guangdong Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd., and the two parties have maintained a good business relationship. According to the Ipsos report, in terms of total sales, we are the fourth largest producer of the cigarette related packaging materials market in Guangdong Province in 2012 (including lining paper, frame paper, wrapping paper, sealing paper, cigarette case, etc.), accounting for about 7.4% of the market share. A framework agreement was also concluded with the Heihe Municipal People's Government of Heilongjiang Province to cooperate in building the Heilongjiang Functional Food Economic Belt along the Heilongjiang River to build a planting and production base for rice and other functional foods for highly resistant starch within the three regions of Sunwu County, Sunke County and Aihui District of Heihe City.
