The Group is a leading provider of supplementary education services for private secondary schools in Hong Kong. We are mainly engaged in providing supplementary education services for private secondary schools and operating private secondary school day schools in Hong Kong, China. In February 2017, we ranked No. 1 among supplementary education service providers in private secondary schools in Hong Kong (based on total classroom seating capacity). We are also ranked first among Hong Kong private secondary school day school operators offering the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education programme (based on number of students enrolled). In addition, we also provide supporting educational services and products for preschool, kindergarten, primary and secondary school students and individuals seeking further education/other interests and/or personal development. Our education courses and services We provide a range of education courses and services in Hong Kong based on the following three categories: supplementary education services in private secondary schools; Private secondary school day school services; and Supporting education services and products. Supplementary education services for private secondary schools The Group provides supplementary education services in private secondary schools for S1 to S6 students under the “Compliance School” brand. We started our private secondary school supplementary education service in Yuen Long in August 1989. We have set up joint learning centres on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories to provide such services. Private High School Day School Services As of the last practical date, we operated two private middle school day schools in Yuen Long and Mongkok under the “Zunli Day School” brand. We started operating our first private high school day school in Yuen Long in 1990, then operated a private high school day school in Mongkok in 1999. Supporting education services and products The Group provides a variety of supporting educational services and products, such as (i) interview preparation and supporting primary education services under our “Compliant Child Education” brand; (ii) our “Compliant Continuing Education” brand registered with the Education Bureau; and (iii) international English proficiency tests, comprehensive interests and foreign language courses under our “Compliance Elite Club” brand; (iv) mock exam services; (v) VIP self-study services; (vi) online course planning and management services; and (vii) other miscellaneous services.
