The group's loss decreased by 13.5% year-on-year to 23.3 million Hong Kong dollars. The group's adjusted loss decreased by 27.0% year-on-year to 23.2 million Hong Kong dollars. The loss attributable to company owners decreased by 11.6% from 27.8 million Hong Kong dollars to 24.6 million Hong Kong dollars during the reporting period, the group's revenue.

On July 2, Gelunhui announced that Wang Shiquan has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and it will take effect from July 1, 2024.
