Our company and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group” or “we”) are a Malaysian construction contractor dedicated to the provision of construction service buildings for (i) factories, (ii) institutions, commercial and/or residential buildings such as commercial/residential complexes, hotels, shopping centers, private hospitals and high-rise residential buildings, and (iii) other minor ancillary construction projects in West Malaysia such as renovation works, maintenance works and electrical works. Our long-standing reputation, project management expertise and strong execution capabilities have made us a competitive market player in the industry. Rimbaco Group Global Limited is a privately held company founded in February 2019. The company's main business is investing in holdings. Targeted investments are made directly or through subsidiaries, involving a broad range of industries and asset classes, including construction and civil engineering, infrastructure, leasing of construction equipment, and trade in construction materials.
