On June 20th, Grong Hui announced that Lordan Group Ltd. (together with its affiliates, referred to as the Adult Group) is an affiliated company of the group. On June 19, 2024, the Adult Group signed an enterprise acquisition intention agreement with Beijing Yulongshengshi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and agreed to acquire 51% of Yulongshengshi Biotechnology through this agreement. The acquisition will be completed within two to three months from the date of the acquisition contract. Yulongshengshi Biotechnology is a limited company established in China. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Zhang Xiaonan owns the vast majority of its equity.
