TBK & Sons Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted limited company on November 8, 2018. The Group has been undertaking civil and structural engineering works in the oil and gas industry in Malaysia since the 1970s and is a civil and structural engineering contractor. The Group's civil and structural engineering services generally involve (i) site preparation works such as earthwork, demolition work, and temporary facility and infrastructure construction works, including construction of temporary site offices, canteens and warehouses; (ii) civil engineering works for treatment plants, including reinforced concrete foundations, pipe supports, ponds, well pits, underground and open drainage networks, paving works (including the use of gravel, concrete and asphalt) and related plant civil maintenance works; and (iii) construction works in the oil and gas industry (including construction substations, construction sites, auxiliary workshops, etc.) and storage buildings, etc.).
