Caike New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries are the world's leading manufacturers of various fine chemicals such as dyes, agricultural chemical intermediates, pigment intermediates, etc., and began entering the field of battery materials and environmental technology consulting services in 2017. The Group's dye intermediate products are mainly DSD acid, which can be produced into dyes and OBA after processing. It has a wide range of downstream uses, mainly including paper, textiles, detergents and cosmetics. In order to further expand the downstream industrial chain, the Group began producing printing, dyeing and washing OBA in January 2017. The Group's agricultural chemical intermediate products are mainly ONT and OT. Toluene is chemically reacted to simultaneously produce PNT, ONT, and MNT (collectively referred to as monitrotoluene). PNT is an important raw material for the production of DSD acid, and ONT and OT are mainly used to produce herbicides. Through the production of monitrotoluene, we have successfully guaranteed the supply of upstream raw materials for DSD acid, stabilized its production costs, and further extended our product portfolio to agrochemical intermediates. Pigment intermediates are mainly DMSS, DMAS, DIPS, etc., which are important raw materials for the production of high-grade pigments. High-grade pigments are mainly used in products such as printing inks, food additives, and high-grade paints. Using its R&D technology advantages and rich experience in the field of fine chemicals, the Group invested in the construction of a lithium battery cathode material precursor iron phosphate product production line with a production capacity of 0.015 million tons in Cangzhou, Hebei, in 2017, and expanded its products in the field of new energy to carbon nanotube slurry and ternary cathode material precursor products. During the review period, the Group was committed to improving the process of iron phosphate production lines and reducing production costs. Large-scale production has not yet begun. Based on the existing experience in environmental treatment of fine chemicals, the Group launched environmental technology consulting services at the end of 2017, provided consulting services for atmospheric treatment, wastewater treatment and soil treatment, and achieved business breakthroughs, and continued to contribute revenue to the Group since 2018. The Group's production facilities are mainly located in Dongguang, Hebei Province, and Dongying, Shandong Province, China.
