51 Credit Card Inc. Announces Share Placement Plan
51 credit card (02051.HK) plans to sell up to 0.272 billion shares, raising a total of 39.7 million Hong Kong dollars.
Glory Credit Card (02051.HK) announced on October 21 that on October 21, 2024, the company entered into a placement agreement with Likoh Securities Limited (as placing agent). Accordingly, the company has appointed the placing agent as its agent to do everything in its power to encourage no fewer than six placees (unless otherwise agreed by the company) to subscribe for up to approximately 0.272 billion shares of placement shares at a placement price of not less than HK$0.146 per share, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the placement agreement. The maximum number of approximately 0.272 billion shares of placement shares is equivalent to the existing issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement.
