Established in 1995, we are a mature logistics service provider in Singapore, providing customers with truck transportation, freight forwarding and value-added transportation services. Trucking services refer to the hauling of goods (mainly containers) between ports and/or places designated by the customer for pickup and/or delivery. Freight forwarding services refer to our one-stop solution for our clients to organize deliveries so that they can deliver goods from the place of origin to the final location of distribution. Value-added transportation services refer to open storage services, packing and unloading services, and truck transportation services for goods (mainly containers) between the logistics yard and the customer's designated pickup and/or delivery location. According to the Zhihui Report, in terms of revenue, we accounted for about 0.49% to 0.50% of the market share of the entire trucking, freight forwarding and general warehousing segments of the Singapore logistics industry in 2019. We have established a reputation as an integrated logistics solutions provider and are equipped with a fleet of vehicles, three logistics depots, and an experienced management team. At the last practical date, we had a total of 144 employees, 52 of whom supported the transportation (drivers) of our fleet. The fleet included 56 motors, 500 trailers and 3 flatbed trucks. The machines included 2 front-facing cranes and 2 forklifts. These machines were self-owned or funded through instalment payments. In line with our capabilities and in order to increase the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of our services, we hire subcontractors to handle certain trucking services.
