Based in Hebei Province, we are a local railway operator whose reputation exceeds and is expanding, providing eastbound and westbound rail freight services and other ancillary services, including handling, road freight, special line operation, repair and maintenance, construction of railway foundations and other railway facilities, and a number of other businesses. We are the number one local railway operator in Hebei Province and have an irreplaceable position in the country. Our Canggang Line starts from Cangzhou and ends at the Bohai New Area. Our railway line connects the Shuohuang Line and the Han Yellow Line, which together form a comprehensive railway transportation network at the port. It effectively transports goods from western China via the Huanghua Port Integrated Port Terminal to southern and eastern China, some regions with high demand for coal. Furthermore, our railway line also connects the Beijing-Shanghai Line to the Bohai New Area. The total length of the Canggang Line is about 216.6 kilometers, including the main track of about 87.4 km, the station line is about 56.1 km, 15 special lines and 2 branch lines stretching a total of about 44.2 km; the railway line connecting us to the Shuohuang Line is about 7.1 km and the railway line connecting us to the Hanhuang Line is about 7.1 km. There are a total of 13 stations on the Canggang Line, of which 10 are on the main track and 3 stations on the branch line. The Canggang Line was built by the local government department of Cangzhou City in 1979 and began operation in 1982. Since 1982, the Canggang Line has been operated by the Cangzhou Regional Railway Administration. Until November 2004, the Cangzhou Regional Railway Administration Trade Union and three senior management members of the Cangzhou Local Railway Administration established Chengyu Company and acquired the Canggang Line. In November 2007, Mr. Liu officially became one of the shareholders of Chengyu Company. From 2007/11 to 2012/10, he went through many acquisitions and capital injections to become the largest shareholder of Chengyu Company. In 2014/12, Canggang Company was formally established and Chengyu Company injected railway freight business and related assets, which also marked a new milestone in the development of Canggang Company. We have also developed comprehensive operating capabilities to cover the various transportation and logistics needs of our customers, particularly those in the coal and ore related industries. We provide ancillary services and one-stop freight solutions that will help drive the growth of our core rail freight business and make us more attractive to new customers.
