Zhixin Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, including Xiamen Zhixin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen Zhixin Construction Technology Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Zhixin Logistics Co., Ltd. (collectively, the “Group”) are manufacturers and suppliers of concrete building materials in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Our main products are broadly divided into two categories, namely (i) ready mix concrete; and (ii) precast concrete components. All of the Group's products are sold in China, mainly in Fujian Province. We have accumulated over many years of experience working with construction companies on various types of buildings and construction projects, such as (i) infrastructure, (ii) residential, (iii) commercial and industrial, and (iv) municipal buildings and construction projects, and we have established a good reputation in the construction industry in Fujian Province. Seizing the rapid development and urbanization momentum of Xiamen, our experienced management team, under the outstanding leadership and forward-looking leadership of the founder, Mr. Ye Zhijie, has successfully developed a silent mixing plant into the main supplier of ready-made concrete in Xiamen. In September 2014, in response to the improvement and maturity of prefabricated construction technology in Western countries and the increasing penetration rate in North China, the Group seized the opportunity to begin capital investment in the production of precast concrete components for prefabricated buildings by obtaining land use rights for land (which was then used to build precast concrete component plants), and became one of the first enterprises in Xiamen to expand their business into the precast concrete component manufacturing industry. The precast concrete component plant was gradually put into commercial operation in the second half of 2017. The Group currently owns and operates two production plants, namely a readymix concrete plant and a precast concrete component plant, and leases a production workshop in Xiamen (the Jimei workshop). Since transportation restrictions and costs are important factors in purchasing concrete-related products, the proximity of production plants to customers and truck fleet capabilities give the Group a competitive advantage over suppliers in other remote areas of Fujian Province in terms of delivery time and logistics costs.
