The company explained that the expected decline in performance from profit to loss is mainly due to intense market competition, which prompted the adjustment of sales strategies to capture market share, resulting in a decrease in gross margin of approximately 2%; an increase in sales and administrative expenses of approximately 10 million yuan; a decrease in other income (including government grants and subsidies) of approximately 17 million yuan; and a decrease in accounts receivable.
