KATO (HK) HLDGS (02189.HK) acquires Tsuen Wan nursing home for a consideration of 2 million yuan.

Jiatou (Hong Kong) Holdings (02189.HK) announced the acquisition of an elderly care home located in Tsuen Wan Tsuen Wai Garden Phase One along with its operating license for a cash consideration of 2 million yuan, which will be paid using internal resources.

KATO (HK) HLDGS (02189.HK) intends to acquire 100% of the shares of Concord Elderly Home (Tsuen Wan) for 2 million Hong Kong dollars.

On December 16, Gelonghui announced that KATO (HK) HLDGS (02189.HK) entered into a sales agreement with the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) on December 16, 2024. According to this agreement, the buyer conditionally agrees to acquire, and the seller agrees to sell the shares (i.e., all the issued share capital of the target company, Comfort Care Home (Tsuen Wan) Limited) along with the licenses for a price of 2,000,000 Hong Kong dollars. The target company is a limited company registered in Hong Kong, primarily engaged in property management and operation, with the property being an elderly care home located in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
