Beijing Jingcheng Jiaye Property Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Jiaye”, the “Company” or the “Company”) was co-founded on December 22, 2020 by Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Urban Construction Group”) and Beijing Tianjie Group Co., Ltd. (“Tianjie Group”), a state-owned enterprise belonging to Beijing Dongcheng District. Beijing Jiaye was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on November 10, 2021 (stock code 2210.HK), Urban Construction Group and Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (“Urban Construction Development”), Beijing Housing General Group Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Housing General Group”), Tianjie Group, and other H share shareholders held 26.44%, 33.47%, 14.24%, 0.85%, and 25% of the shares, respectively. As of June 30, 2024, Beijing Jiaye and its subsidiaries (the “Group” or “we”) have managed a total property area of over 43.5 million square meters, covering 12 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions across the country. The business format is diversified, covering residential, commercial, hutongs and others. The types of projects are diverse, including office buildings, public construction, research institutes, military camps, medical apartments, theaters, subway stations, and office buildings for party and government agencies. Representative projects include the Beijing City Sub-Center office building, the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), the National Peking Opera House, the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, the headquarters of large central enterprises, and the National Tennis Center. In addition to basic business, value-added services cover tenant recruitment and management, housing brokerage, project site and model room management, construction site property management, catering services, heating services, engineering operation and maintenance, parking space operation, and community pension. As a company specializing in property services earlier among large state-owned enterprises, the Group has rich experience in asset management and property services, and has formed a perfect scientific management mechanism in commercial real estate asset management and property services. It is a member unit of the China Property Management Association, the vice president unit of the Beijing Property Management Industry Association, and the member units and subsidiaries of the Beijing Listed Companies Association. In 2024, Beijing Jiaye ranked 17th among the top 100 property service enterprises in China.
