On January 6, Gelonghui reported that HONWORLD GP (02226.HK) announced that on December 6, 2024, the company received formal notification that the Office of the National High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Leading Group had approved its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huzhou HONWORLD GP Co., Ltd. ("Huzhou HONWORLD"), as a high-tech enterprise. The qualification as a high-tech enterprise is valid for three years. According to national regulations, after being recognized as a high-tech enterprise, Huzhou HONWORLD will be entitled to national tax incentives related to high-tech enterprises for three consecutive fiscal years. Huzhou HONWORLD will be eligible for these benefits from 2024 to 2026.

On November 19, Gelonghui announced that Liu Jianbin has resigned from the positions of executive director and CEO of honworld gp (02226.HK) to pursue other personal interests and career plans, effective from November 20, 2024. After his resignation, Liu Jianbin will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company according to the Securities Listing Rules of the Exchange, Article 3.05. Executive director and board of directors chairman Chen Wei has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from November 20, 2024.
