About SOLIS HOLDINGS Company

We are a Singapore-based mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction contractor. We have been operating in Singapore for over 25 years. Our scope of services includes (i) the design of electromechanical systems, including the design of the operation and connections of various building systems; and (ii) the construction and installation of electromechanical systems. We specialize in electrical engineering, and our projects involve the construction of new buildings and major additions and alterations, including the construction of private residences, commercial and residential complexes, and public facilities. All of our contracts are non-recurring and project-based. During the track record period, the construction period of our projects ranged from 10 months to 53 months, with an average construction period of about 30 months. Under the leadership of founder Mr. Zheng Yonghua, our experienced management team has made the Group grow. Currently, we have a strong team of over 260 employees, and successfully obtained high-value contracts during bidding. For example, in January 2016, we obtained a commercial and residential complex construction contract worth about SGD 21.4 million. During our track record, we undertook two projects where mechatronic systems were installed in factory prefabricated volume construction (PPVC) modules using off-site construction methods. We are proud to be at the cutting edge of the development of Singapore's mechatronic industry.
