China Hudu Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Hudu”) (stock code: 2399) is one of the leading menswear companies in China, focusing on the design, procurement, production and sale of its own brand of menswear products. Tigers enjoy strong brand recognition and a leading and expanding market share in the menswear industry's fastest-growing midrange and high-end menswear market share. According to Frost & Sullivan's data, in terms of retail sales in 2013, Tigers ranked sixth in the middle and high-end menswear market, enjoying a 2.9% market share. The middle and high-end menswear market accounted for 30.4% of China's overall menswear market; it ranked fifth in the middle and high-end business casual menswear segment and middle and high-end business formal menswear division. The company's main product, men's pants, occupied the market leadership position, accounting for 3.0% of the market share in 2013, ranking second. After more than 20 years of development, Tigers have been widely recognized in the industry and won many awards. For example, “Hudu” was awarded the “Quality Award” by the China Apparel Association in 2014, the “Asian Famous Brand Award” and “Top 500 Asian Brands” from the Asian Brand Festival, won the “Asia (Industry) Top 10 Credible Brand Award” and was named “Top 500 Asian Brands” by the Brand China Industry Alliance in 2010, and was named “China's Famous Trademark” by the China Textile Industry Association since January 2010, and “China's Famous Trademark” by the China Textile and Garment Industry Association in 2010 500 “Strong” was rated as “Top Ten Men's Clothing Brands” by the Brand China Industry Alliance in 2009 and “Customer Satisfaction Product” by the China Quality Association, and “China Famous Brand Product” by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2007. As of June 30, 2015, our design and product development team consists of 134 members, including designers, production technicians, and other support staff.
