During the business record period, we mainly developed and manufactured biodegradable plastic products in Northeast China, and our production base was located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, China. Our biodegradable plastic products are mainly sold to customers in the form of biodegradable roll bags and biodegradable shopping bags (such as supermarket chains, department stores and stores). During the business record period, 90% or more of our revenue came from selling biodegradable plastic products, and less than 10% of our revenue came from selling non-biodegradable automotive plastic parts. We sell biodegradable masterbatches, which can be used to make biodegradable plastic products. We sell biodegradable masterbatches to manufacturers that lack the production technology and/or capacity required to produce biodegradable masterbatches. By selling masterbatches to other manufacturers of biodegradable plastic products, we can also keep up with the latest market developments and manufacturing trends. Generally speaking, we produce biodegradable masterbatches according to customer requirements and do not participate in the masterbatch and raw material trading business. We were founded in March 2014 and initially focused on developing and manufacturing non-biodegradable automotive plastic parts. In view of China's incentive policies, which restrict or prohibit the sale or use of non-biodegradable plastic bags and plastic tableware, and require the founders of shopping malls, stores, and markets to monitor the implementation of the plastic ban, we believe that biodegradable automotive plastic parts will become a trend some day in the future, so our creators, controlling shareholders and executive directors, Ms. Zhang and Mr. Shan began gradually shifting their business focus to developing and manufacturing biodegradable plastic products in December 2015, while maintaining the original non-biodegradable automotive plastic parts development and manufacturing business for potential future transformation. We believe that investment in the development of biodegradable plastic products enables us to continuously develop new products and upgrade existing products to meet the changing needs of customers and keep up with market developments. Additionally, our biodegradable plastic products are customizable, and we have worked closely with customers to design and develop product prototypes early in the production phase. Through continuous communication with customers, we can understand customer needs and provide products with customized specifications (such as size, thickness, color, load-bearing capacity, tear resistance, and light transmission) to the extent permitted by relevant standards. We believe working with our customers during the design phase helps us understand their preferences and specifications, makes us one of their preferred suppliers, and creates brand value beyond traditional manufacturing services.
