We are Macau contractors, mainly engaged in the provision of (i) renovation works; and (ii) building construction projects in Macau. We have been operating interior decoration business in Macau since 2007 and began providing building construction projects in 2015. As a renovation contractor, we mainly undertake private sector renovation projects, including hotels and casinos, restaurants and retail stores, and other properties. Our renovation projects include providing the first renovation of a newly built property or the redecoration of an existing property. In general renovation projects, the scope of decoration projects includes construction drawings, procurement of materials, implementation of decoration projects, site supervision, management of subcontractors, and overall project management. For the year ended December 31, 2014, 2015 and 2016, we have completed 1, 10 and 2 renovation projects respectively. For the years ended December 31, 2014, 2015 and 2016, approximately 86.4%, 74.6% and 35.7% of revenue came from hotel and casino customers. Since our establishment, we have provided services to five of the six licensed casino gaming operators in Macau. With our experience in renovation projects, we diversified our business by providing the first building construction service in Macau in 2015. The first building construction project we undertook as the chief contractor during the track record period, and the only building construction project we undertook during the track record period. The scope of our building construction projects includes structural engineering, metal wall panels, painting, casting work, electromechanical installation work and decoration work. As of the last practical date, the relevant building construction project was still under construction and had not yet been completed. Based on the director's best estimates, the project's completion date is expected to be in the fourth quarter of 2017. In order to better control the quality and progress of our projects, we generally employ our own workers to handle more complex project parts and appoint subcontractors to handle certain labor-intensive projects through independent contracts with subcontractors. As of the last practical date, we had around 336 direct workers in Macau. Depending on the terms of the contract with the subcontractor, we may be responsible for procuring the materials required for the project, and in other cases, the subcontractor may be responsible for purchasing all materials. At the last practical date, we had about 64 subcontractors on our approved roster, 41 of whom had cooperative relationships with us for 3 years or more. We obtain renovation projects and building construction projects through competitive bidding procedures or requests for quotations. After the contract is awarded, we usually draw up a detailed engineering plan on the construction quality of the project. Our customers may pay an advance payment after signing the contract in accordance with the terms of the relevant contract. We are generally required to provide a performance bond to ensure proper and on-time performance and that we generally charge the customer monthly progress payments based on the completed value of the project.
