Shengneng Group (02459.HK) and Huixian Construction have reached an agreement to dissolve their joint venture company.

Gelonghui November 19th 丨 Singyes Group (02459.HK) announced that it has established a joint venture company with Huixian government to expand the group's production capacity in China. Due to the constantly changing market and economic environment, the company and Huixian Construction have reached an agreement to voluntarily terminate the joint venture agreement and dissolve the joint venture company amicably. Neither party has the right to claim any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the other party due to the termination. The dissolution of the joint venture company must be completed and effective after obtaining approval from the relevant government departments in China. It is currently expected that the dissolution will be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Gelonghui, 12th November- Sheng Neng Group (02459.HK) announced that, effective from 30th November 2024, Mr. Liu Zhiren will no longer serve as the company secretary, and Mr. Hou Haolong will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board of directors further announced that Mr. Lin Luofeng will be appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from 30th November 2024.
