On April 22, Gelonghui announced that Dida Chuxing (02559.HK) would grant a total of 11 million restricted share units to 94 grantees on April 22, 2025, according to the company's restricted share unit plan adopted on March 31, 2023, and amended on June 13, 2024, which follows the initial public offering. This is equivalent to a total of 11 million ordinary shares of the company, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
