Golden Faith Group Disposes Subsidiary, Shares Down 6%
Golden Faith GP (02863.HK) plans to sell all equity of Kanghe Electric Machine for no more than 6.1 million Hong Kong dollars.
On ****, Golden Faith GP (02863.HK) announced that on ****, 2024, Guan Zhi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a company, signed an agreement with the buyer. According to the agreement, Guan Zhi agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the issued share capital representing all the issued share capital of Kanghe Electric Machine Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company. The selling price is HKD 5 million and its net asset value. The parties agreed that the net asset value does not exceed HKD 1.1 million, so the selling price will not exceed HKD 6.1 million. As of the date of the announcement, the selling company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company that mainly engages in electrical utilities and maintenance (E&M) engineering business.
