We are a general contractor in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in providing (i) ground floor construction engineering services; (ii) superstructure construction services; and (iii) RMAA engineering services. The Group was founded by Mr. Wu in 1998 (funded by his personal financial resources) and has been in operation for over 17 years, during which time we have established close relationships with our clients (including leaders, churches and real estate developers). We have completed 14 projects during the track record period and up to the last practical date. The following table shows the major milestones in the Group's history: In 1998, Zheng Li Engineering was established, and the Group began providing refurbishment services In 2003, Zheng Li Construction was established to expand the Group's clientele In 2005, Zheng Li Engineering was registered as a general building contractor by the Building Authority In 2006, Zhengli Engineering was awarded ISO 9001:2008 issued by Jialigao Certification Services Co., Ltd. In 2007, Zheng Li Foundation was established to further expand the Group's business, particularly in providing infrastructure construction engineering services In 2008, Zheng Li Engineering was registered by the Building Authority as a specialist contractor for site preparation works and foundation works In 2009, Zhengli Engineering was included in the Development Council's list of special contractors under the Maintenance and Restoration of Historic Buildings category. In 2009, Zhengli Engineering was awarded ISO 14001:2004 issued by Jialigao Certification Services Limited In 2012, the Group began its first ground-floor structure and superstructure construction project for a church in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, as a general contractor. The contract value was approximately HK$137 million The total number of employees in the Group reached 80 in 2015 The Group's annual turnover in 2015 was over HK$350 million In 2015, Cheng Lee Engineering was nominated as the chief contractor for a church project in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, for the Architects Honorary Construction Award from the American Institute of Architects
