We are the main subcontractor engaged in the provision of board mold construction and related ancillary services in Hong Kong. According to the Ipsos report, the Group accounted for about 9.8% of the total market share of the Hong Kong industry in the financial year ending March 31, 2016. At that time, there were more than 740 subcontractors on the list of registered subcontractors under the board model category. In addition to traditional wood board mold construction, we can assemble system board molds, that is, board molds made of aluminum or steel and used in building construction and civil engineering projects. We have been in the board mold engineering business since 1994 and have over 22 years of experience. We are also involved in a number of major construction projects. Through our continuous improvement and improvement of our processes and construction management, we have developed our own building construction and code processing systems and have registered patents, which are held by the Group. We are actively undertaking large-scale board template erection projects for building construction and civil engineering. During the track record period and up to the last practical date, we have completed 8 building construction projects and 3 civil engineering projects, as well as 9 building construction projects and 4 civil engineering projects at the last practical date. The total contract amounts were approximately HK$857,400,000 and HK$470,302,000 respectively. Our direct customers are general contractors for building construction and civil engineering projects, while our end customers are the project owners, including the government, public transportation operators, theme park and resort operators, and property developers. We work hard to maintain good relationships with our key customers to build a good reputation and secure future business opportunities. We are committed to providing professional, reliable, environmentally conscious and safe engineering services and the delivery of efficient and high-quality projects. We have received several awards from clients and the government during the track record period (including the 2016 Model Subcontractor Award - Gold Award) in recognition of our achievements in health, safety and caring performance. We believe that our track record and our extensive portfolio of success stories are critical to our undertaking of new projects because our clients often consider recent work experience when considering inviting subcontractors to submit offers. We obtained the project through an intense bidding process.
