GLOBAL SWEET (03889.HK) announced the issuance of a total of 41 million new shares to no less than six independent third parties, accounting for 2.12% of the enlarged share capital; the subscription price is 0.1 yuan, equivalent to the closing price on the last trading day (20th). The total amount raised is 4.1 million yuan, with a net amount of 4 million yuan, intended to be used for repaying payables and general administrative expenses.

Gelonghui, December 20: GLOBAL SWEET (03889.HK) announced that on December 20, 2024, the company entered into separate subscription agreements with various subscribers. According to the subscription agreement, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for and the company has conditionally agreed to allocate and issue a total of 41 million subscription shares, with a subscription price of HKD 0.1 per share (consistent with the closing price of HKD 0.1 per share on the last trading day on the stock exchange). The total subscription shares represent (i) approximately 2.17% of the total issued shares as of the date of this announcement and (ii) the issued shares enlarged after the allocation and issuance of the subscription shares.

On October 17, Gelunhui announced that on October 17, 2024, Global Sweet (03889.HK) entered into the 2024 main procurement agreement with Ruihao (Guangzhou), Diantong Supply Chain, and Jilin Huasheng Trading, starting from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, a three-year period, the group will continue to purchase coal, corn kernels, corn starch, syrup and other raw materials from Ruihao (Guangzhou) Group, Diantong Supply Chain Group, Jilin Huasheng Trading Group, and their respective joint venture companies from time to time.
