It holds a casino license for a period of 70 to 2025, and enjoys exclusive casino operation rights within a 200-kilometer radius of Phnom Penh (excluding the Cambodian-Vietnamese border area, Bokor, Kirirom Mountains, and Sihanoukville) until the end of 2025.
